The writer and editor of the One Bite blog is a Korean high school student, who moved to China when he was 2 years old. He currently attends an international school in Shanghai. Encapsulated by the abundance of international food culture in Shanghai that reflects the city's reputation as a global hub, he started to document his restaurant experiences at the start of sophomore year. One Bite blog sets out to spread enthusiasm for Shanghai's F&B hotspots.
